Some questions we get frequently asked

What is a script?
A script is a series of steps that checks your site. You write out this script using our StillAlive Script Editor. Once written, our StillAlive monitoring system will run the script against your website as often as you like up to running continuously on paid plans and will alert you if your script fails.
Do you have any free plans available?
No. Running scripts continuously against your website requires a significant amount of resources and so StillAlive does not offer a free plan.
I can't see any plans there that suit me. Do you have anything larger?
If you need a larger account that can handle more than 6 scripts, you can purchase more from your account page once you have signed up for $26.00 each.
How often will I get charged?
All paid accounts are billed monthly and come with a 30 day free trial, you'll be asked for your credit card details and then charged at the end of this trial period if you continue using the service.
What currency do you trade in?
All pricing is in US Dollars. Your currency may vary.
What happens to my SMS at the end of the month? Do they expire?
Absolutely not. Your SMS will accumulate and stay on your account until they are used, we set no expiration date. They are however, non refundable.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We serve all of our pages using our SSL certificate. Additionally your credit card information is not stored on our servers and is sent to a PCI compliant credit card processor.
